So I’ve been on here a while now and I have noticed that on here, the standards of men are a lot lower compared to real life and the opposite for women.

I think standards of men on here is shocking but in real life some behave the same .Alot more people are rude and behave badly these days .over Christmas period and socialising alot I noticed this .men pushing through instead of saying excuse me please .Manners cost nothing but alot choose not too use this .  |

Do you mean the standards of the men in terms of how they look or are groomed etc or how they behave.
If the former then I don't see how you could say that. It's just a broad spectrum of some guys. They also exist in the real world.
If the latter then it's internet annonimity. It allows people to get away with more. It happens everywhere on the web from games to chat rooms to websites. |

I think some men on here are the sort of guys who wouldn't get on that well in real life. Judging by the quality of some messages I get, certainly. And the ratios do make a difference! Genuinely can't believe how delicious some of the men who message me are! They'd never speak to me in a pub. That said, I'm more interested in playing with someone who engages me, so looks aren't everything. I do, however, avoid chatting to someone with a dick pic as a profile pic generally. It's the last thing I need to know about how someone looks |

Generally speaking I’d say yes but as an individual I have met with people that I wouldn’t usually search for in vanilla life but that is down to one simple reason. The reason being that fantasies do not conform with your day to day life therefore who you are going to meet on here will almost always be very different to what you are normally seeking purely dependant on the fantasy you have at that given time.

I am not saying being turned down is an excuse of course I am just curious.

Not vile as in attacks all the time- though yes, know I'm not alone in being subject to abuse after turning someone down. But such delights as "big tits, want to cum over them", dick pics and inarticulate filth all wear you down. As well as the guys pretending to be women, pleading for a meet, copy and pasting the wrong message to you etc etc.
Some guys get really pushy if you don't respond, they just don't understand that with all that other crap,a message saying "hello" only doesn't stand a chance. And ALL that is despite me being really clear on my profile of my shortcomings. Heaven help the genuinely attractive women on here |

I don't think anyone can say whether the standards of who other people will meet are any different to real life, unless you know them off the site.
I think a lot of men think the women on sites like this will fuck anyone and that's why they get so upset when they get turned down.
I think the messages and adoration that a lot of women get gives them an ego boost and they feel like they can have higher standards. |

It transfers in to real life as well. From a young age, women are bombarded with propaganda telling them that they are beautiful and deserve a rich handsome Prince and they end up believing it, regardless of their own qualities (or lack of) - hence more people are single and lonely than ever before. |

My standards do not change depending on where I may be, online or offline. Perhaps I really am doing this wrong!
Other people's standards are a matter for them alone and how they wish to interact with others. If we disapprove of others standards then it's simple don't interact with them. Or perhaps display a little tolerance it is their life to live and their fab to enjoy in the way that suits them. If that's different to another's choices then what relevance is it to anyone what another here may do or who they may meet.
But then OP why should anyone on here feel the need to question anyone other persons decisions. They have no impact on your life!

Not the case for everyone, but you do get the impression that some people, women and men, get bombarded with messages and essentially get put on a pedestal, and you can see it affects their attitude.

Funny thing is in real life, whilst I consider myself to be an average looking bloke at best, I've been with some truly gorgeous women over the years, some of whom even persued me when I'd have thought they were well out of my league! Whereas the same kind of women looks wise on fab wouldn't even give me the time of day. It doesn't bother me, it's just an observation |

Listen to yourself first sweetie. I don't meet young men. They aren't my preference but that doesnt stop them trying on here, in clubs and pubs. I don't struggle for men off line. Far from it. Love it when men have issues with confident women. But lovely of you you to highlight what you think of women on here. Obviously struck a chord with you tho.
