Hope you don't mind us saying OP, but you you have done a forum post that today that you are too nervous for swinging and now that your girlfriend is self conscious. Are you really sure swinging is for you guys?
Maybe you should try and focus on each other and build up each other's confidence and then try swinging again once you both feel ready.
