I've worked on and off as a photographer for 12 years but have never done anything on here with it. Would love to arrange a sexy shoot. Throw some ideas at me! The artier the better |

I pressume you’re looking to do erotic shoots. In that case, I’d look at the works of some seasoned artists such as Helmut Newton, Herb Ritts the list is endless.
If you want to photograph people from here, start with your own circle then branch out. Have a website and form of contact. Though it’s standard, it amazes me how so many hobbyist’s don’t have the basics thinking a camera, some lights and a few pictures will suffice.
Friendly advice based on experience. Good luck. |

Thanks for the recommendations! Will check them out.
Not necessarily looking to do erotic shoots. Although dramatic lighting in naked skin is always good. I like documentary stuff as well and would rather go in from the Larry sultan sort if angle.
Yeah a lot of hobbiests do claim to be photographers. Lot of untrained people make money off it as well. Will hopefully look to set up a website for this sort of thing but I would need to get a half decent amount of photos first. Have got my own website already but can't have anything rude on there because of my day job |

I’ll rent gear when shooting campaigns but have enough to shoot nationals and promos. Budgets are becoming so tight it isn’t worth buying everything. I have a rule on gear and that’s if it’s not been used for 3 months, it’s up for sale. |

Yeah I know what you mean. I have enough to do most work but spent time working in sports and that made me realise how little I can afford.
Definitely got enough kit to do my own stuff. I keep loads of kit I rarely use as I work a lot with different formats and films. Especially personal stuff, it's all medium format |
