I wear them for up to an hour (on a good day). I've never found them comfortable and don't get any different reactions between a stiletto heel or a chunky heel. I normally only wear them as they go with an outfit I have on and don't have a chunkier heel in that colour, but I always change into flats at some point. |

I spend most of my time in flats! And have lost he art of wearing stilettos! (Used to be able to run in them)
