No, and I wouldn't either - the word "public" says it all and I wouldn't wish to either make others feel uncomfortable if they were to realise what was happening or be so disrespectful to the person using them after me (or for that matter the staff responsible for cleaning them) in the event any residue of the act was left behind. |

I’ve witnessed this (overheard) at a local pool in the cubicle next to me and the shadows cast by them confirmed the sounds. Might be a horny experience but children may be present which will lead to some very difficult legalities if caught  |

Its disrespectful - in small poor countries a married couple would have no privacy so outdoor sex would be necessary.
