I've been on here for over a year, not had that many meets, but I have had some, took me ages to get my first one though, you have to get to know people and they you.

I'm not the greatest looking bloke, but have met some lovely people on here, because I have taken the time to get to know them through the forums.

The impression you have given in this thred is that you are right every one else is wrong, great way to win friends and influence people, or get a shag.

Chill out go to couple of socials, you never know what will happen

your profile is too negative thats a fact,

no place should you be moaning about people who use the website, get rid of your whole dislikes section and the two lines below it.

it might be how you feel but keep it to yourself as it will have people switching off from you.

i think you could probably find 2 better photos of yourself, maybe take new ones, that show off your best features and have you smiling alot on them, as smiling facepics work alot better than ones that dont, as its a psychological fact that women are more attracted to them, as if ur smiling your having fun, and photos showing your having fun are more attracted that photos of you looking bored or serious.

the first photo would be quite good if you were at front instead of behind two people, then people could see more of your figure, and would be better with big smile, the other photo looks like it off a webcam and not he best quality

so i think them adjustments would make your profile a better one,

your profile needs to make some women who view it think, mmmmmmmmm yess please when they read and check out your photos, but you cant really get that with a negative profile as it turns them off if they read it all.

up to a point I tend to agree with jemima in that going "there there there" isn't going to solve the issue... he asked.. some people are blunt, some sugarcoat it...

several people have said the profile is negative... so take that for what it is... if that goes in one ear and out the other then it really doesn't matter what people say....

I say to everyone.. time,patience,common sense...

so is being here 5 weeks before making the compaint (and whichever way you want to dress it up, this is what this thread is) really giving it time??? really showing that they have patience??? probably not on either of those...

Actually, you have a point there. The words are spelled correctly, you're just using the wrong ones. 'Manner', not 'manor', 'cost' not 'coast', 'hear' not 'here', etc.

this is one post i never ask s it get back fired on you - 2bh i don't have any meets or friends yet either - just takes time - its people choice to mail you back if they see fit - its all about being Patience - use the chat rooms an attend a social there is tons of other post about this - have a read threw them. good luck what you do, ps just don't whinged about it

Ok here is how i see it, the OP is frustrated, i am not sure why, as he is rather dishy and as i said before i would happily meet him.

The more regular posters then use a "gang mentality" when they see one of their own getting one bit of negativity against a condescending answer.

As far as i am aware, critiquing a profile isnt on, unless someone has asked for opinions on their profile, or am i totally wrong? No offence meant at all, i am a very sporadic poster but have witnessed some very unsavoury posting against newer posters by more established ones.

I like the forums as most are nice , but nastiness seems the norm at the moment, i am sure that someone will correct me shortly Julie xxxx

I agree with you - it's a very unsavoury aspect of the forums in my opinion.

As for the OP - please don't be baited. You've had some good advice from swingers who have had some success - take that advice and reject anything you see as negative or an insult. Don't resort to mud slinging. Good luck x

Not every one you got funny for no reason but yea I'm glad a few of them put a word my way.. They prove to be genuine and decent people but I don't need people to deffend me its a forum not a plavce to argue to make friends to stick up for you.. Thought this site was 18+ not a play ground

OP this swinging site is full of guys who are not experiencing the level of meets which they would like. You will probably find more success in the local clubs and pubs than here.

That said dont be too downheartened. In a way its like advertising oneself. Think of ways to make you stand out from the hords of single guys on this site. Maybe a witty profile or some exciting pics. Patience and time and beng polite all help. As do joining in on the forums and getting to know people and perhaps attending some socials.

Your success is down to you and how much time and effort you put in. A few messages now and then to women probably wont give you as much success as getting yourself known and attending socials, taking time to think about your profile and what good points you have, what makes your own unique selling point.

You're a good looking young man, so chin up and be proactive

well there is a section under "my accounts" called 'tips and getting started' so maybe that is the best advice anyone can give.. look there!!!

because any other advice is really only from someones point of view.. and that leads to the "generic profiles and bizz words" people seem to hate...

the best advice i have given at times is that this doesn't for the best part tend to be "insta-shag"... hence time and patience...

the problem is every focused on one person, while the rest of the good advice that was giving was ignored.. or ridiculed...

My last word here, i didnt say the OP was unattractive, i said he had a weird profile pic,he is bending at an angle, my first thought was he looked like he was constipated.

i did say he was negative and that was going to put people off

i did say he was younger than many meet.

Sorry but you can't really can't say that single guys or anyone struggling for meets shouldn't ask for advice on the forums. I get the opinion you are a little bias after looking at your verifications.

No you blatantly attacked a guy looking for advice. To post "pic that makes u look constipated" was totally out of order. It is VERY unpleasant to read and spoils the forums. I hope admin look at this thread and sort things out as there is really no need to attack a guy looking for help.

When you decide to post with advice, do it without the really nasty comments to go with it. There really is no need for the post that set all this off....surely giving advice can include being civil and not insulting the person.

To the OP, check out other threads with advice on and the tips section, and don't be put off posting.

my point is its a dislike for everybody, its like putting down you dislike STDs for example,

everyone assumes this, its pointless having it on your profile and gives the impression your standards are low that you have been with people like that, even if you have and want to avoid this then you still shouldnt mention it on your profile, and just take care with your selection process so it dont happen again
