Has anyone on here had any experien e with suspension play? We are very interested in exploring this form of play and have started to study up on techniques etc. We are aware of the risks involved and would like as much advice as possible, any helpful tutorial links would be much appreciated.

"Yes, a fair bit of experience. You should really go to some peer rope sessions that focus on suspension. Don't just try on your own."
This, a lot of places do demonstrations too, maybe watch a few and ask questions when it’s finished |

Try peer rope groups or anatomie studio in London do weekend workshops and that’s where I did some of my training. I wouldn’t advise online tutorials for suspension and I’d get a fair amount of rope practice in before that. Good luck.  |
