Hi folks, do any of you have tips for shaving my downstairs gentleman areas? I tend to do ok, but the find stray bits here and there later on. Any other alternatives? NOT waxing! Never again..... |

I never shave, always grows back far too itchy
I picked up a cheap carmen beard trimmer funnily from the arcades in skeggy about a year ago and just use that, never had any or caused any irritation |

Nair works really well. Just remember not to leave it on longer than 10 mins. Chemical burns are not sexy!
Recommend using it 2x days before a meet as it takes a day or two and two showers to get all the hair off I find.
Good luck! |

I used Her Veet after butchering my nut sack and shaft with a beard trimmer.
The fear of cutting myself agaim was enough for me to try Veet despite all the horror stories of burning and a "ring of fire"
Worked a treat for me, no burning or discomfort. Very easy to do too. |

There and to the left a bit |
I tend to just use a razor and plenty of foam and spend ages going over it, then running my hand over to find any stubbly areas so redo those bits - balls are the trickiest part, and have found the only way is to effectively spread a section of skin as flat as possible and go over till smooth, then repeat the process till you've done them.
Know you said waxing wasn't an option, but honestly the smoothest I've ever been was when I had it done professionally at a salon a couple of years ago - wasn't at all painful (maybe a momentary 2 or 3/10 at most) nor was it embarassing - only thing was the price (£45) which I couldn't justify every 6 weeks or so to keep it that way. |
