Seems that he's ignoring his long-standing marriage and has started cross-dressing and going to sex parties where he has random sex, and expects his wife to just accept it (expects, not asks..!) - when it's clearly something that she's not happy with or has agreed to. He's obviously upsetting her and just can't or won't see it...
Selfish sod should either try to handle things better, or do the decent thing and end his marriage with some honesty and consideration...!
