Wrong on both counts - there have been previous threads in both subjects and ultimately it's not about being nice, or the colour of your skin or anything other than being willing to be patient, put the effort in both with your profile and pics, and attending clubs and socials etc.
Sure there are no guarantees but having a positive attitude helps too  |

It is down to the many liars and cheater to be found in the Male profiles. They claim to be single or their wife doesn’t mind and other such lies. Rather than risk all of that rubbish we tend to ignore the guys. |

Well that is a babylonian proverb, and is a good response in my opinion because the Op has generalised , he might be a cool guy that a lot of people would like but if you believe you would fail before you even start then how do you know. |

Lots of men say nice guys get rejected. If you stop to consider this it's obviously not true. Most women will go for a decent guy with a good personality, what they think of as a good personality is down to the individual of course. A small minority of women will go for "a bad boy" but on the whole as a group we're not stupid.
There's no such thing as being too nice. |
