I don't like unnecessary invasive surgery, so it's not something I'd contemplate, but what others choose to do with their bodies is their business. |

I know from (pleasant) experience it’s not that easy to tell in many cases. Yes, there are the redic porn ones, or the badly done ones. But they are more prevalanet than you may expect ... and so you’ve probably been a fan without realising !
So I’m a fan. Of boobs in general. Funny that. |

I have relativally small boobies but as i keep saying "small ones are more juicy"

Yes you feel touch, it's still my skin and breast tissue around them.
Yes nipple sensation is still there and I was able to breastfeed.
Squeezing my boobs doesn't really do anything for me, it would be the same as someone squeezing arm. |

I personally don’t have a preference, I like boobs of all shapes and sizes, natural or augmented (hate calling them fake, it’s not like they’re detachable).
A very good friend of mine had hers done, I actually thought they looked great before and they look great now, however she only liked hers once they’d been done.
Bottom line is, it only matters what the woman they belong to thinks about them. |

I had mine 10 years ago when I was size 6 and weighed 8 stone. I went with transform dr chantrasak (something like that) and he wouldn't let me go bigger, I had to have submuscular and went from a 32AA to 32D but I wanted to be E! |

Yet to get my hands on a pair but from a purely visionary perspective I think they can look fantastic if they are there to enhance but can start to look out of place on women who weigh 6 stone then have massively unpropitious implants.
Then again I know they can be a huge self confidence and mental boost to some women aswell and that's fantastic! |

I think it’s a woman’s body to do as she pleases with. If bigger boobs help with confidence then good for her  they look great, if mine were tiny then I would get them done! Don’t understand the negative comments |

I adore enhanced boobs. Many of the women I have had the pleasure of meeting have had them and made me adore them even more, so much so that I got a pair of my own

I had mine augmented 11 years ago, then had them removed & replaced a year ago & have gone slightly larger... from 34D to 34DD. I can honestly say that everyone I’ve ever told has been surprised that they’re not natural. They feel soft & natural, I & Mr C love them! Guess it’s about finding a good surgeon & explaining the look you want |

If they are done for vanity they are 99% of the time horrible, they don't move, wobble, ripple, they bounce in a stupid way ..they are called fake for a reason.
However some poor souls have to have them for medical reasons...I'm sure vanity is not too of their list. |

Do surgeons make sure they do a better job then if they are for medical reasons ?
Do they make sure they don’t bounce on a stupid way ?
You statement makes no sense whatsoever but maybe when you have yours done or become a breast augmentation surgeon we will feel you are qualified to make such claims

I've known several women with them and have no strong options either way.
I will say that the confidence gained by the women whom I've known both before and after augmentation has been the most significant change to them as women |

I hadn’t given much thought to this until recently because the only enhanced boobs I’d seen were on porn stars.
But when you realise there are real people involved, who have thoughts and feelings then making them feel bad or guilty about something as basic as feeling happy is a nasty thing.
I feel better about myself when I wear nice clothes, some feel better when they look at their car. We all need stuff to help us through the daily shit. |

Isn't it funny how some women also try to turn this subject around by jumping on who they choose to, with the 'surgical' comment. I believe the thread was actually started to ask who likes women that go out and buy tits, not the surgical side of things. More vanity.

I thought fake boobs are what male rugby fans wear on a boozed up night out (or Gazza if you are old enough to remember).
Surgically altered breasts are no more fake than artificially whitened teeth. |

Personally not a fan
if my breast cancer ever returns and I need a masectomy I wouldn’t even opt for reconstruction, the way I see it is I’ve had my kids and fed them with them so they’ve served their purpose, it’s blokes that are more bothered about them than I am |
