I just don't get it

Why when you reply to a message with thanks but no thankS do some guys then write back asking for a reason? I'm not knocking all single guys as we love them but if I was in their position there is no way I would demand a reason for not someone not wanting to have sex with me. Its just plain weird! Anyone want to admit to asking and tell me why?

Not just some single men that have a problem. Had a couple that were interested and said get back to them with a yes or no if we liked them. Said yes and sent them a pic as well with the same message of yes or no, they just blocked me. How rude |

Under the circumstances, I'd just accept that I wasn't their type and move on. There might have been a whole host of reasons, I look too young and they prefer lads that look a little more spread and seasoned, I smoke on occassion and that may have put them off, etc, who cares?
No one is suitable for everyone so its no point trying to please everyone is there? |

I only mention single guys because they are the ones who do it to us but that's because we mostly meet single guys! I can deal with messages so don't really need suggestions but was kinda wondering why someone would want to be critised like that. Just curious. No thanks would def be enough for me I think. |

Is that the kind of thing you are talking about?
Or are guys asking for a post mortem so they can learn?
Or maybe their ego took a knock in which case they should just shrug and move on, that’s life (;-)

this is what i was wondering, i've never asked why before, but thinking about it now, if something is startingly bad in your initial message it'd probably be good for someone to let you know early on, so you don't end up making the same mistakes again,
however if they're rude about it....... |

I usually say "not my type" but lots mail back and ask why.
do they really want me too say that they are too short or too portly for my likeing?
No way would I want to know why someone rejected me,wouldn't make me feel any better about it.

if someone is not our type we say so. there has been only 1 guy i have given a reason to that was because he had no meat on him and i like my men to have a bit of meat and muscle but he took it great he said he would have to build his self up for me. but apart from that we have just said no thanks or sorry not our type and every one has been fine so far not asking why. i wouldn't like to start giving people a shopping list for the reasons i said no because they may not be my type but they could be someone's mr/mrs perfect so i wouldn't like to say why not because its just my preferences not every one else's. |

He relied...that yhis is nsa sex...why have a type! This was followed by all my reasons (no swearing) and a block. I added that men like him were the reason for all the unanswered mail. In the real world I don't think you need to justify rejecting someones advances to you. I don't see why you should be asked to justify your rejection of someone one here in the first place.
