A fantastic session with a fb at the weekend led to anal penetration from some of her toys. I've always loved rimming and some light penetration with toys but this time was different.My ass was pounded! I loved it at the time. . . . .BUT, for 3 days, I couldn't go to the toilet.(I'm usually a once or twice a day guy. Apologies) Not that it was painful, it was more to do with I just didn't feel the need to go.

In my experience it is fairly normal. It’s like it all hides away up there and then eventually everything is back to normal.

If your poo is so hard that it gets impacted by the toy then maybe you need more fibre and hydration in your diet. That should help you to be as empty as possible before play starts as well.

It can be normal, try drinking more water and if you're worried take a softener (Not laxative).

My old th used to do anal 4/5 times a night and I'd struggle to go for a few days so you're not alone

If you've not prepared, Im surprised it wasn't painful...and a bit dirty. It'd put me off.

If you didnt douche, I expect its all been pushed up inside...and your sphinctre muscle might have been a bit traumatised

Anal takes some practice. I douche well and prepare beforehand so no unpleasantness.
