Stretching would work i you could be bothered. Just like stretching ear lobes and lips, all tissue can be stretched. Various recommendations - several hours a day for several months may give you an inch or more.
Surgery works for flaccid girth but not erect (ligamentolysis) and fat injection works for girth but you probably need it 2-3 times and risk uneven results. A scaffolding technique is brutal, may work,but not enough evidence yet.
If you’re looking at surgery contact a specialist centre like London Andrology inst.
If you want it for sexual purposes you could just use an enlargement sheath? We’ve got a number of them among our toys and they are fun on occasion. |
