As grown ups we all know the risks but a lot of people enjoy it. Singles and couples.
So, without the lectures, why do people enjoy it? Is the risk or breaking the conventional view part of the attraction?

true but we’re not all silly either. We get tested regularly and use condoms. Just saying. That’s why people like bare. It feels better. |

I don’t understand the obsession with bareback in the forum. Some enjoy it, some don’t - it’s that simple. Why worry about what others are doing ?
Just do what you feel comfortable with and let everyone worry about themselves ! |

I don't particularly like using condoms, and I've found some brands can trigger a reaction a day or so later.
But I'm not risking my health.
I'd only consider bareback,with a long term partner, that I knew was clean, been tested etc.
A moment of fun is not worth the possible long term health risks |

Bare back for me is great you get all the sensations feelings ect that no condom will ever be able to give you and still be of use.
It's that wetness in direct contact that really gets me going.
However I do not do bare back with just anyone no matter how much I want to. That's reserved for a handful of people I have played with long term and aren't into the swinging life.
Last thing I want to do is pass something on to one of my long term regulars let alone actually catch something myself |

Interesting.
It appears that lots of posters haven't actually read the question it seems. Just assumptions based on previous threads and debates.
A few people said that they enjoy the sensation.
So is it purely physical? Nobody turned on by the fact that it's generally considered "wrong" or somewhat shocking even amongst swingers? |

You asked 'why do people do it?'
When we've done it in the past, it's been nothing to do with any 'wrong' or frowned upon thoughts. It's been because it feels awesome. It really is that simple. |

I don't think I would be turned on by it being shocking or wrong no. It's not really what I class as a shocking activity. Unwise maybe but, adults can chose for themselves.
I like it for messy skin on skin contact (with partner) but as a woman the feeling isn't a lot different to me with a condom. |
