I don't see it as a reflection of me at all. I rarely cum during NSA meets too so it doesn't surprise or deter me when my partner doesn't either.

Genuine question as an orgasm to me involves physical ejaculation and can be heightened by the amount of stimulation and situation. i got prescribed pills for epilepsy even though it was for pain .

I'm fairly fortunate that I have pretty much complete control, so often I will choose not to cum until the end of maybe a 4 hour session but if I wanted to I can cum after a 5 minute quickie. Just depends on the mood, but generally I prefer to edge and not cum for quite a while as it's then a lot more intense when I do let go. |

Three years ago, I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and the treatment I received which was taking hormone tablets and a course of prolonged radiotherapy helped in defeating the cancer. But since then I have been unable to cum as I did before. Most of the times it is dry.
