Is it usually guys for go after mature woman or is it just common for 'cougars' to go for younger guys?

You don't approach cougars, they hunt you. Why not just ignore how many years someone has been on the planet and just message the women you like?

I don't expend energy unless there's a really good reason . Plus, the scrolling through profiles makes me feel sick.  |

I'm not a cougar but when I turned 40 suddenly guys in their 20s were hitting on me! Probably because I was no longer a parent to two toddlers and I was looking after myself a bit better. I have a rule though..if you're young enough to be my son, it's a no. |
