Order them from Europe online, look for Amyl Nitrite ones which is the good stuff. I got a bottle delivered from France today, cost me £17 but well worth it. The uk ones arn’t worth having, they’re garbage.

Which brand do you buy? It seems to me that even European websites sell the same rubbish I can buy here.

We've bought from uk based sites and had mostly success. Just had a delivery from france which has been a bit of an expensive let down so far.

I'd have stocked up on dozens of bottles years ago if I'd known we weren't going to be able to get them anymore

I bought a variety of different names from a website recently. They were shipped from Bratislava and were uniformly disappointing. Heaven alone knows what I was sniffing but the underlying smell was of boiled cabbage!

I feel it would be safer to let us buy the original stuff than have people run the risk of inhaling noxious fumes from chemicals labelled as poppers and sold from around the world. We really have no idea what we're inhaling.

For our sins we know a lot about this. Due to successive law changes the only formula can get in the UK is isopropyl nitrate. This is awful and dangerous stuff with a variety of potentially serious side effects. Most of the European sites sell fake versions of old brands such as Rush and there is no guarantee you will get the advertised formulation. Most of it is frankly awful. The original brands like Rush etc no longer exist and their brand names are just being used to sell any old concoction. You can still get good quality poppers in the USA and Canada but most suppliers won't ship to the UK. We have heard you can get some decent ones from a few French suppliers such as Gate brand but we have not tried them. Finally be very careful as these days there is no guarantee you will be getting a safe product, so check on specialist forums such as on Fetlife etc for informed feedback. As they used to say on Hill Street Blues, be safe out there.
