Hey guys so me and D have been talking as we'd like to open our own little business, and we thought about a swingers B&B in West Yorkshire. Do you guys and girls think it'd be a good investment? |

If you are in a tourist area then it would probably be a good idea off season.
Not sure it would make you much money being just for swingers. Where would you advertise? How would people book a room?
Most hotels/b&b's use internet sites such as bookings or late rooms, can't see there being a category for that sort of thing?
You would also not be able to book in non swingers with swingers, it could be a pr disaster.
Good luck if you go ahead tho. You'll have to let us know. |

So how woukd a swingers B&B work?
I get swinging hotels, plenty of big common areas alot of guests..but typically a B&B is the size of the avarage house with few guests and limited shared spaces.
So assuming you wont be living in the property, your typical B&B has a max of 4 guest rooms, what do you do if "normies" want to stay?
Im assuming you wouldnt want everyone and their mum knowing about the swinging part.
What if there is only one person or couple staying there, does it just become a regular B&B?
Im not being or trying to be an asshole im genuinly curious |

There is a B&B that caters for TGirls, in the Gay area of Blackpool only stayed once but it was a great little place. As it’s run by two TGirls they know what we look for, decent mirrors make up and full length, the rooms themselves have a feminine feel, plenty of places to hang up clothes etc..also bar and the owner will take you out to some of the bars close by that are TGirl friendly. Still in business and I know it’s difficult to get a room so there is a definite market for more niche clientele. |
