Hi guys and dolls.
Does any one have the same proble.
I have no problem getting and staying hard and the pleasure is there. I just seem to struggle to cum.
I'm assuming it's the sertraline that's causing the problem.
Has anybody got any tips to help me out.
Cheers

My FWB has the same problem, he can't cum anymore in a woman but can from wanking to porn on his own.Can you cum from wanking? If you can,t it could be a blockage maybe in your tubes. If you can cum from wanking it's likely to be psychological XXX |

"Get some blue pills or get a male in to fuk the wife
Not helpful, he says he can get and stay hard. XXX"
Thanks for pointing that out.
I can cum eventually but it takes hours, this is the same if i'm masturbating or having sex or oral

Given what you have said, I would say it's the sertraline. I have the exact same issue from citalopram, another AD, and I know a couple of people on sertraline who have talked to me about this also.
Best thing is to talk to your GP about dosage levels. The trick is to find the magic level of meds that will manage your mental state, without dumbing the pleasure centre of your brain so much that you can't orgasm. |

I have the same problem but am not on any medication. I am convinced that it is physiological and it something you may have to live with.
The positive side is that you can go on satisfying your partner for a long time.

Lay off the porn and wanking for a week. Then do a week of sensual play but no penetration.
By the 3rd week you'll be like a hair trigger.

Hi Neil,
You're certainly not the only one.
I can't say whether it is related to medication, but as I don't take any, it's not that for me.
I don't think of it as a problem, just accept it for what it is. Some of my partner's sometimes think it is their fault. It's not. I stay hard, just don't physically cum. Although I get my enjoyment from my partner enjoying herself and the physical act of fucking.
That can be a good thing or a bad thing for a partner. A couple of girls that have told me they are insatiable, aren't as much as they thought.
I've had the same thing from oral, can count on one hand, the number of times I have cum from oral, until last year.
Quite possibly it's psychological with me, but I don't dwell on it. I can cum from wanking, so no blocked tubes. |
