Well more of a curious interest really I know some people meet at hotels either for just to have fun or sometimes a whole night.

My question is how do you get around the nosey staff is it awkward ??? At some points they must know your not a regular guest as it were do they approach you or do they ignore it ??? Has anyone got any funny anecdotes regarding hotel stays would love to hear them lol

They don’t really notice or care

TBH they see a lot worse than a couple meeting for a drink and going off to a room for the evening

A lot worse Haha

They have never been bothered we we’ve done it must hotels have a bar area, meet there have a few drinks and then just head of to the room staff don’t bother how do they know who is in what room walk past smile, say hi. We’ve even asked for extra cups and coffee before now.

They don't care one jot. You are a paying customer.

Broke the headboard in one once. It came loose during the err action and smacked me on the head. Hurt like a git but was hilarious.

I work in a hotel which is very small.

Things like that don't bother us, it's none of our business as long as they pay and don't wreck the room it's all good.

And there is definitely worse that happens. No details obviously but we did have to call the police and it was very unpleasant.

I do remember an elderly couple staying. They had a meal and retired to their room. About an hour later the lady appeared at the bar and asked for some extra milk. I said I would follow her upstairs and get some and she said "could I wait a while because he was on the phone to his wife"!!! I nearly died laughing. Very difficult to keep a straight face and remain professional

swingers clubs

We had a hotel meet.

Arrived with third party in tow.

We went to check in while he went straight to the bar. A few minutes later we went down to join him for a couple of drinks and chat.

We went up to our room and left the guy our room number so he could come and join us.

A few minutes later up he comes. We have our play and all is going well.

We think, we'll it's 3am, we were all busy the next day so decided to check out and head home.

XY went on a reccy to see if the coast was clear. Nobody at reception - we can just leave our room keys and walk out heads held high.

Went back to the room - we can all leave together, excellent.

Off we go, and what do you know - 2 grinning guys behind the desk. XX and the third party pick up pace and head out of the door, leaving XY to deal with the smilers.

How was your stay? But leaving so soon? Not staying for breakfast then? Was everything satisfactory.

They knew exactly what had been going on. They seemed to be bursting to say something.

Funny looking back, but was dying inside at the time.

Just be careful with the car parking. A lot of hotels ask you to book your car in at reception. Last time I was involved in an mmf at a hotel the other guy got a £50 fine through the post 10 days later!!

The staff usually cotton on pretty swiftly as to what the score is when i stay.

One night I had a black guy who left all shyly and coy so the next night the lady I was with promised to tell reception what a lovely time she’d had and that I was awesome.

The receptionists thought it great fun. We get on really well and I’ve stayed in that hotel (premier inn) loads of times now.
