Having spent years as a single guy on here getting the blocks for no reason,the no shows,fakes ect ect

If you want meets from here as a couple you're going to have to make time for it. All those Chams veris (twenty plus) as a couple ain't leaving much time for fab plays outside of clubs. It's a hard life I know.

I actually don't mind now if I actually never met on here, I have met people and steadily friends are increasing (ratio 3:1:0 male:female:couple).
I actually enjoy the banter, basically its not the site that's the problem, but I think it's actually majority of single profile users and couples profile users that never meet others, due to nerves, suspicious, not there type, lost there bottle etc.....
I've see that social party are always good places for meeting other users, and most couples have a selection of single profiles.
Just keep trying ......

I find it frustrating as a half of a couple ,when we are straight as most of the couples in our area are looking for Bi fems.
In addition maybe only 3 or 4 of them have pics of the male and female on their profile.

Having gone the other way from swinging as half of an MF couple to being a single man on the same sites I would say that in my experience it's vastly different. I guess that it comes down to how the couple present themselves and what they are looking for. |

4 or 5 years ago (when we met via Fab) the site was excellent. Probably a victim of its own success but it's now far more "miss" than "hit" - in fact the amount of time you have to spend to get a decent meet makes us wonder whether it's worth it anymore. |

Well, now you're a couple - I reckon you'll soon discover that blocks are NEVER for no reason.
Blocks are there iF you don't want someone to contact you - even if people fall within your preferences you may still have no desire to meet them or have them filling up your inbox.
So block! It's a perfectly good reason. |

Yes, blocking can be just a matter of avoiding wasting the time of people you're never going to meet because they're not a good enough match. That's not being insulting, just realistic and it avoids having to keep explaining why. |

As a single girl I also fall prey to fakes and no shows. It's not exclusive to single guys, and couples.
I've also struggled to get a meet on the rare occasion I've looked for one, and been messed around many times.
I think it's just the nature of the beast on here  |

The only people who do well on fabs are the resilient ones! As a single guy, it's a slow process to make ground but it happens....you just have to listen to the constant moaning about "single guys", expect double standards from many & be treated like a disposable commodity when it suits others.
Finding a decent single fem or couple isn't that easy, so hold on to them when you do. |

That's true and good advice. The way to find the right people is to read their profiles and make sure they're looking for what you're offering. In a site full of guys, the easy option of sending winks, one liners and cock shots to everyone you happen to fancy is never going to work well. The guys who put the effort into their search get the results and we know they are here because we've met a few. |

We're looking for certain things of course and one very important thing is that they need to be close to N.Kent/SE London. We've explained this but we still get soooooooo many messages from guys in Scotland, Wales, N England, the SW etc etc etc. Why do these guys think we would be compatible? The answer is they didn't bother to find out before sending their messages. If they had bothered to read our profile they wouldn't have wasted their time. |

We were having this conversation with a couple in a club last night.
We both agreed that we rarely, if ever meet anybody off Fab, it’s far easier to stick to the clubs and at least most in there are actual swingers or are at least on the right page.
We commented on this on another thread a few days back.

I have been a member here for about 5 years both single and as a couple. I am no longer looking to play having loved and lost...... but I never had a timewaster, never had a no show, and have over a hundred veris. I have a pal with close to 500 and the fact is this...
Be nice.
Be creative.
Then be nice again.
Treat people the way you would wish to be treated.
Then be extra nice.
It worked for me...
