What is the Purpose of the "Thumb" symbol on Meet Requests??

Does someone actually know what the "i think its Fab" button is on the Meets page?

I was under the impression that hitting the "Thumb" symbol on a particular meet, informs those who have posted the meet that you are interested?

It doesn't though, so what is the purpose of that function? Or am not understanding it

It does notify the person so it's pointless

I personally think the administrators/ those running the site should re introduce it.

That way, those who have advertised a meet can get an overview and a glance as to who is interested rather than dealing with a barage of messages.

Just my take on it, thats all.
