Hey guys. I love been on this site but I don't want to put a pic of me as my profile in case somebody local recognises me... am I wrong to be embarrassed? I just don't want them thinking I'm a seedy desperate dude. I'm on here to have fun.

Yea iv got loads of tats including on my bum haha.... dick pics are for private messages aswel lol |

In answer to your question....no.
You shouldn't be ambarrased ever about doing some thing you enjoy! And in any case...say mrs smith from down the road does notice you....2 things.
1) she's on here herself
2) she may be the best meet you never had |

You've been here five months, so your not that new.
As for being embarrassed, well why should you? Ten years ago if two people said they met online then everyone would think they were weird. Today, it's the norm, in fact one third of all new relationships begin online. I don't know how many one night stands begin online, but it's probably a lot more now than it used to be. So what is there to be embarrassed about. |

Exactly how we look at it if we are recognised easy done with our pics lol...
To be recognised by some one they have to be on here looking them selves ...so how can that condemn/slate you....
We all on here for the same reason We been on here 7-8 years now and used many sites. WE have played for 29 years (Escort and fiesta mag to start with) all ways happy to show face pics and NEVER had any trouble in all that time ....
Of course some people have sensitive jobs etc so must be more careful. |

I have been here in the back ground but never attempted meets or chatting etc... now I'm ready to take the dive I'm finding it hard. I'm gunna try a torso pic and see if that helps |

That's a good idea. Without pics you will find it very hard, nigh on impossible in fact, to get a meet.
An don't forget to use the ther aspects of the site, such as the chatroom.

My answer to this is the same as people on TV/cd sites that don't put face photos. For someone to recognise you, they would also have to be on this site so it's not like they can say anything. You can't see anyone's photos unless you are a member of the site |

Don't worry about it. I have v recognisable tatts and if anyone ever questions me I just smile and tell them how satisfied I am! Usually followed by the sarcastic question "been laid recently?" |

Put pics on your profile that aren't recognisable then, one arse looks much like another after a while!
Personally I think those without public photos / shadow avatar are more likely to disappear as quickly as they arrived. |

To be honest, I think I've been recognised (m) and so far the person hasn't said a thing, if people have any decency they won't as they possibly feel the same. |

Some people find it very easy to take a moral high ground. But if OP is really single and has nothing to hide then there is no shame. The best outcome - getting regular amazing meets, beats the worst possibilities imho. And even recognizable tattoos are somewhat deniable without face pics |

We are quite happy to post body shots on here. Due to her profession Ying doesnt like her tattoos in the pics and we will only send face pics via message when we are sure as possible we are chatting to someone genuine. Im less bothered about being recognised, I am who I am and people can think what they want.
OP, you just have to be clever about the angles of your pics so you dont see any give away tats etc |
