Patients and don’t rush! Don’t go to big to start with, learn to relax and plenty of lube, if you think there is too much lube then add some more!

Not as unlikely as you think - plenty of women get turned on by this.
Also, surely there's no anatomical difference between men's and women's bums. So popping an anal cherry should be no bigger deal for a man than a woman in physical terms. The only reason it worries men (including me) more is psychological - the deep cultural aversion to gay sex has infected our subconscious minds, even if we're not homophobic.
