I'd assume, its because they think it will get them more meets by fibbing.
We're honest about it on our profile.
It's amazing, how many people suddenly want to nick one of your cigarettes or have a puff on your vape, that are supposedly non smokers. Buggar off...get your own.  |

I do think some people don’t read the various questions carefully. Cleo smokes, me socially. We met someone recently whose profile said won’t meet smokers. We asked him about it and he said he wasn’t even aware of that and that it wasn’t a problem at all.
Had the same discussions over age with others. |

I'm a smoker... well vaping more now, cutting back on the ciggies is not easy... but by the end of the year I WILL be vape only.
Does this still class as smoking??? |

I smoke.
There's a photo of me smoking in my Public pics, listed on profile I smoke & willing to meet smokers.
Get lots of messages from folks stating 'won't meet smokers' on their profile.
I used to point it out, but gave up after some of the ridiculous replies I got.

We think it’s a tricky area this .People have told us in advance they are ‘ very considerate smokers’ which to us meant they don’t smoke during the meeting but to them it meant going outside every 5 minutes for a cig and their house and clothes smelt strongly of smoke . Kissing them must have been like licking an ashtray clean but we never got that far! |
