My ex had a Polish boyfriend. His English was good but it was book english, not any slang. She was the 2nd person he had been with in the uk. They were getting intimate when he broke away and asked her seductively if she wanted gonorrhoea....
His ex, who I think is an absolute legend had told him the word for giving a lady head was gonorrhea. And never told him the truth...
