I have been into Swinging for 30 years now, a first time swing as a very nervous 19 year old with a couple in there 40,s an amazing experience. I was just at the point of wanting some fun and having the time to do so when the phrase fwb was coming into the mainstream consciousness and there was a lot in media about casual sec sites so as I didn't really want a relationship I went on one, had a meet that was great and really boosted my confidence.
