Depending on what kind of porn you are willing to do, find out what relevant production companies that do the same kind of films and contact them to see if you can get an audition with them.
In the meantime, set up an xrated twitter account (and other adult social media platforms and groups) and start posting pics and vids of yourself in order to get followers. This how my friend got started in the adult industry.
