Hey, we're planning a long weekend in london soon, just wondered if people new anysites good for booking hotels at discount? Also when we get ther where is ther to play? We're looking to stay in central london, heard soho is good night out with plenty of bars etc. Would be thankful for any advice xxx |

If you do not mind noise, and I would strongly advise you to bring ear plugs, try the Imperial London Hotels group for central London hotels around Russell Square.

If yoiu are plannuing on spending your nights central than book a central hotel. It is very much a false economy in both time and money to book further out to save £20 or £30. |

Agreed I usually try and book within a mile of where I will be ending the night. As have found cabs can be hard to find at 2 or 3am.
Also watch out at the bargain price end, there are some really bad £50/60 a night places. Read reviews carefully |
