HRT and dryness

I've bet on and off HRT for the last 2 years until I found one that suited me but I have found that I'm getting dry down below.

Does anyone else suffer with this and anything apart from lube you used to help compact it?

I found a gel from Boots I can insert inside me before sex which is fine with hubby but not ideal with anyone else, it also leave white bits.

Help

Don't know about HRT, but we have found generally that silicon lube lasts much longer than water based lube. Just don't mix it with silicone toys as it can ruin them.

If it's any help, I use Estriol cream. It's a cream you get from your GP that contains a low amount of estrogen, you insert in into your vagina and it helps in that particular area.

I use it because I've had a hysterectomy and since having that done I don't have any estrogen now to keep my vagina "normal" - too low levels can lead to the skin thinning, dryness and soreness.

With you saying about HRT I wonder if your vagina just needs a top up might be worth having a chat with your GP?

Other than that I was recommended a lube called Yes. Their oil based lube is very good (just not good with condoms) and their water based one isn't bad either. I hope that helps
