We are in the process of setting up a new kik group for like minded couples and single ladies to start with.. The kik group will be the first place to hear all of the latest details on our ultra secret up coming event.. We honestly feel that when we drop the concept of the event it will be a game changer.. Get in touch if you have access to a nice plush penthouse pad and would like to host an amazing night of the hottest mix of sexy couples and naughty, hungry unicorns... (yes they do exist) ha.. We have literally hundreds of themes and unique concepts that we will all get to experience along the way.. Were excited and we hope you are 2.. If this feels like something you would like to take part in then either get in touch directly or here and leave your kik username and we will add you to the group.. We are going to Converse with the group members once the group begins to take shape to see if the group would like to invite exceptional select single males into the group and likewise to the events.. Obviously it goes without saying that it will be a great place for all us genuine like minded couples and single girls alike can share hot pictures and potentially arrange some hot private meets if it happens that way x we will expect to verify within the first few messages and hopefully this should rule out the usual horrid procedure of having to remove the countless guys pretending to be girls.. Sorry to be a party pooper, but basically you want to set up a group for the young and beautiful, with great ideas for parties, with a select clientele and hot people, all vetted and guaranteed hot, but want some poor sap to front up a penthouse for your venture?
It all sounds classy until you then want to run it on kik.

The OP is simply asking questions and who's up for this, if you don't ask you won't know.
Give them some slack at least.
They've come here asking advise on how to achieve this.

Why a Penthouse?
Most normal people would be happy with a house.
Is there also a game where people throw their car keys in a dish,and pick a key to find your partner for a bit of play? But only if they drive Ferraris or Porsches?

I do a similar sort of thing except I book and advertise the event via my social event profile then Make an exclusive kik group for the member attending party to connect before going then after the event I close the group. I'd advise following a similar pattern as I it will be more successful than what you currently seem to be suggesting that you want others to do all the work while you get all the glory as the "organisers" |

So besides the penthouse idea will you be hosting events at your own place?
How are you viewing age ranges?
Are the events going to be similar ages/open or certain events for certain ages?
Will these be fully funded or part funded by attendees?

OP I love a good party and have been to various house parties and private parties over the years.... However you've got nothing on your profile and I wouldn't ever give my contact details (even kik) over to a group of people I know nothing about I'm afraid. There are plenty of well run party profiles - it takes time to get established and get regulars to attend any party.
I also got the sense from your opening post that I would be too old/fat/ungorgeous for the "exclusivity" you had in mind.
