Was reading a guide earlier for couples who were thinking about swinging. It went as follows.
1: Figure out why you want to swing?
2: How do you want to swing?
3: Set some ground rules.
4: Work on building up your confidence.
5: Consider meeting people online first.
6: Plan to meet before hooking up.
So I guess I wondering how much of this is actually put into practice and would couples have anything to add. |

The catagoric number one is always good old fashion, communication..!
Essentially, NEVER rush into anything that hasn't been fully discused before hand..! Your relationship is more important then any, additional outside fun..!
As long as you follow this rule you shouldn't go far wrong..

Not sure everyone needs no 4.
No 5 isn't suitable for everyone, some prefer to go to clubs first.
No 6 isn't always how people want to play either.
We would say talk about it then do what you want, your way. |

1-4 spot for on for us, after that we tried out clubs and loved them. They give us room to dress up, meet interesting people (or not!), have a convivial location to fool around in and then when we are comfortable (or just plain horny!) we push our boundaries |
