It appears to be a much bigger problem than we know. As far as I'm aware the some cases can be solved by pelvic floor exercises, weight loss or in some instances surgery. That leaves the poor women for who there is no solution who obviously need these products.
Some spinal injuries cause incontinence and things like over active bladder. So it's good that things are available. |

lol, i go commando usually. had some problems with my bladder when my blood sugars were out of control. used the tena pants for that and then created my own incontinence channel so we could share our experiences and product reviews. |

never used or had to - i hate the feel of those things and even used tampons after giving birth not those sanitary towels things - apologies if too much info but tis a fact of life |

I've not had problems with peeing it's more when I'm having a meet with a certain guy I get turned on thinking about it and that can result in a different form of dampness before he even turns up |
