Definition of a BBW

I get confused with the definition of a BBW!! Some Women consider themselves a BBW when really I wouldn't say they were that big at all!! Maybe a size 12 to 14 but I don't consider that a BBW. Others who are big and beautiful sizes 18 to 20 plus perfectly fit the description!! I was wondering what others thought??

I always thought the definition was Big Beautiful Woman. I guess it's open to interpretation on what is considered big...

Dunno how you get confused, there's approximately 27 threads a day on the subject.

Hard to go off clothe sizes. I'm a size 16 but because I'm tall, I probably don't look as curvy compared to someone who is a 16 but only 5ft.

I'd go more off if there's ample to hold everywhere, then you'd probably fall into the bbw range, as opposed to using clothes sizes.

Maybe its like the confusion some men around here have about being vwe

I think its one of those open to interpretation things. Its not a term I use to describe myself really-I don't want to be defined by my size and the beauty part is not for me to decide.

I guess its down to whoever is using the term to decide.

I don't really want to be defined by my size but there's no getting away from the fact that some blokes would run a mile if I turned up to meet them and I hadn't told them I'm a fat bird....I don't want that humiliation I'd rather be up front about everything

Everyone has different views on how they see the label bbw. .. it stands for big beautiful woman. ..how people defy each of those 3 catagories varies immensely..
