I've only got 1 done, it definitely has heightened the sensitivity! A decent piercer will only do 1 at a time with at least 4 weeks between each piercing x |

I have many Piercings , the good thing about piercings is if you dont like them....easy take them out ....only thing i would say is what ever anyone tells you about aftercare creams liquids dont use any of them ...just leave them alone ...just when you have a shower..gently clean......talking from experience
good luck PS most piercers will do Both `t the same time have them both done and if you want one ..you can take them out ....if you have one and decide you want another you are just delaying the healing process and fun

Why one at a time with 4 weeks between? Having both done at the same time isn't going to effect the healing process.  |

I've just got one done .. doesn't hurt at all getting it done .. I just cleaned mine with salt water ( not table) makes your nipple very sensitive after I've found . |

Healing process tends to be much quicker if you get one at a time pierced, usually if your going to get an infection it will be in first 4 weeks and your body will fight one area of infection better than 2 ......... just the advice I've always been given and I'm yet to get an infected piercing, my nipple took 4-6 weeks to heal enough so I could change bar and has been pierced over 10 years  |

I've got to agree there. I love them. I've had both mine done then not long after I went and had my clitoral hood pierced too, now im thinking where I want my next one lol |

It's up to the individual whether to have one or both done. You can them done at the same time or separately. Personally, I think both look much better, as I retired one and left it a year or so before have it repierced, and it definitely looks much better to have both done!
Just remember, research your piercer thoroughly, visit 2-3 studios to get their opinion and a feel of their skill and experience, and be aware that these piercings can take 3-6 months to fully heal, with continued aftercare: rinsing in the shower and sea salt soaks, twice a day. It will be worth it in the end!  |

I know I'm biased, but get both. Should work out a little cheaper too.
As for healing, assuming you are otherwise healthy, 2 at a time is fine, just LITHA (leave it the hell alone), keep them clean but don't play with them or mess around with them while they are healing and you should be fine with no infections.

Tots had both done, but one has migrated out and I think just one looks a bit lopsided on a female (even though I just have one lol). They can make the nipples over-sensitive though. |

I've just returned from the piercing shop after a spontaneous decision to finally get both of my nipples pierced!
It has been something I had been seriously considering for well over a year, but had always chickened out previously. So I bit the bullet today & got them done!
Feeling very proud of myself but also kinda sore lol. The actual procedure wasn't too painful but now all I can think about is the throbbing in my poor nips!
I think they look fantastic though and can't wait to show them off at a party tonight! But my breasts are definitely going to be out of bounds for the next couple of months until I am sure they are healing well!

I had both done a few weeks ago and absolutely love them I was thinking about just one but my opinion is that both was way better - especially with the sensitivity |
