Gagging, without visible ways of withdrawing consent, is definitely on the list of things they don't want you to see , but what's the point of gags without restraint eh? Those of us who like such things might be safe, consensual players, but to those in power who think images or film of such is "Extreme", you might be asking for something harmful, so just tread carefully when asking people for pics. It might be difficult to prove consent was given and maintained by someone depicted gagged (and restrained) "They" may not be kicking your door down to bring you in for your porn collection today, but tomorrow..? (Of course, no comment on who is actually doing what to each other in the corridors of power, or even normal people at home, in real life, but heaven forbid images or video are made, eh? Phew, lucky our Govt is there to protect us from our deviant viewing urges!) | |||

"Who knows? That's the problem with things that used to be OK but are then outlawed - what seems to be nothing to worry about can suddenly become a massive problem. I doubt very much Plod trawls sites like this looking for people to nick, but let's say someone is so enamoured and saves to their phone a really "artistic" pic of a trussed gagged woman drooling down herself, maybe with tears in her eyes...oh, and why not let's have her being soundly buggered too, to "appreciate" later. Now, let's say they come in from a business meeting abroad on a quiet flight, late evening, small airport, and some keen young C&E fellow decides he doesn't like the cut of this traveller's jib and asks to see his phone. I know an HMRC officer, and KNOW they do this, just on the off-chance, same as they sometimes ask to see your wallet or if you have an address book with you - and such requests yield many things of interest which lead to other avenues, and other knocks on the door. To you and I, that pic is harmless fun, a bit of naughtiness, but to others it's a depiction of depravity and you are nuts for getting aroused looking at it. More importantly, it just could be against the law and there's no use crying in court that it's just a little kink. I'm not advising anyone, other than to have caution if you are asking for or sending pics of this nature. Would it bother you if one day Plod turned up at work in the course of their duty, and asked if that pic of you was of consensual activity, and not of some terrible unreported sex attack? Oh sod it, yes, I am advising - do a Google search or two and decide for yourself if your pics of gagged play might be considered illegal, "Extreme Porn".
