"Due to medical reasons (diabetes complications) its looking like I may have to be cut at the grand age of 50 I am bricking it."

It's mainly religion, the others are usually due to the foreskin being too tight.
I don't know of anyone having it cut so it's cleaner, I can assure you mine is just like me, very clean. |

I had mine cut about two months ago for medical reasons.
