Think of things that turns you off, makes you feel disgusted, sick, nauseous etc.. Be it muck speading, the smell of dog poo etc.. whatever it is.

I'm the sort of person that is only sickened if something I don't like happens in front of me. Glory holes and water sports are my hard limits, but what I don't know won't hurt me (as long as it's not illegal or immoral) And besides it's a bit impractical to check with everybody I might fuck if they have ever done anything in the past that turns my stomach.

I don't really see this as an issue about bisexuality. I see it that some people don't want to have sex with anybody who has done a sexual act that they find sickening. I suspect most people can identify a sexual activity that turns their stomach. To some that might be sexual activity between 2 men, to others that could be anal sex (irrespective of gender). Some people find gang bangs distastful and won't get involved with anyone who has been involved in such. I personally don't worry too much about what someone might have done in the past that might revolt me (as long as it's not illegal or immoral). I guess I don't worry about it, because I have no control over it. I'd rather focus on the here and now and whether they are giving me a good time. But I respect that others will need to be sure that a possible sex partner has never done anything they consider disgusting.

I guess I don't worry about it, because I have no control over it. I'd rather focus on the here and now and whether they are giving me a good time. But I respect that others will need to be sure that a possible sex partner has never done anything they consider disgusting.

This is so true. I'm quite thick skinned but sometimes if i explain myself people do decide to judge or take it upon themselves to tell me how cold or whore like something is. Or tell me I'm this or that . When it all comes down to sexual preference... I knew what this post was about and not even seen the other post. X |

Do other people's opinions really matter in these circumstances? We are very comfortable about who we are and what we want. Do we care too much about other people's preferences, yes and no. If we want to meet them we respect there preferences and we would hope they respect ours. If we aren't meeting fair enough, so long as they are not being offensive - having marched for female, gay and black rights it is sometimes hard to step away!  |

For the sake of argument, I will not jump onto this from a moral perspective. .. But will however say vthat to me the coment appears ill thought out to say the least. ...
1. Not all bi men practice anal sex Indeed many gay men do not.
2. Many str8 men and couples practice anal sex
3. As many hundreds of forum posts attest, there is no set definition of bi, and fabs does not allow for nuance when charecterising ones sexuality....
4. Risk is a factor of promiscuity and the ones safe sex practices, so it is behaviour, and not neccicarily orientation that dictates sti risk
5. Lots of people lie on their profiles so the chances are that anyone who meets regularly on here has or will in all probability be with a bi bloke at some point. .......

You know what I find amusing about the "preference" thing? It rarely has anything to do with actual preference...Fab is a way for many powerless people to feel a tinge of desirability and thus take it overboard many times. Maybe you're missing another angle on this. It's something I've been known to say on and off. Because personally anyone who is fixated with one part of their body isn't going to cut it with us. We want guys who come to the party on an interlectual level too, but that's part of the dynamics of how we like to play, so I'd be very turned off by guys whose only selling point is their cock.

Of course there's nothing wrong with you. The whole point of the thread was to show that everyone has preferences when it comes to who they will meet and have sex with but because of the abuse they could get for saying why they have these preferences they tend to lie or keep quiet. |
