No, they are painful and can be removed in an instant because they all have a quick release button.
Invest in some leather cuffs if you want to do it properly  |

Or a decent double locking pair, or rope. Hell even cable ties would be better!
(In short don't use furry ones they can over tighten and cause damage) |
