We've noticed many struggle with communication.
This is our theory : When they're presented with a date and time or an offer to meet, suddenly reality kicks in and they have to then try to put it in their lives. It's at this stage they often struggle to solve such a problem, so they choose the default mode of, "Go quiet". Then if they ever get in touch, "Excuse mode" kicks in.
Why not just simply be honest, just say, "Things are hectic/up in the air at the moment so we'll get back to you asap", or a simple no thanks etc..
Is it that tricky? |
