I had a meet with a guy a year ago who said he would treat me to a meal in a specific restaurant for the social. As the food was great I agreed only to see his eyes wandering g towards a couple most of the time. The lady seemed to know him too. When I asked him about it he confessed that he wanted to make his wife jealous. But...He added as almost an afterthought, he did enjoyment company and wanted to meet.me again.

Meal was free but I offered to pay mine. He had too many issues with his wife for me really so I didn't want involved |

Revenge porn is when you publish private pics taken with a previous intimate partner, in order to humiliate them. I'm not saying no crime would be committed sending unsolicited porn to someone, but if all parties in the pictures consented to them being used this way, it wouldn't be "revenge porn" in the legal sense.
Interestingly, the revenge porn laws only seem to apply to material that was always intended to be private. So if an ex took photos that you'd agreed to share on Fab, printed and laminated them, and tied them to lampposts near where you lived (or slapped them all over Facebook) that wouldn't be covered by the revenge porn legislation because you'd previously agreed to them being published here. |
