Hello one and all.

Just thought this might be fun topic.

Has anyone attended a club night and found themselves doing the complete opposite of the purpose of the club? On purpose or accidentally?

I've recently started bringing in books to read, and the club I normally attend have kindly offered for me to borrow their selection of books for the evening. Also they have a chair in place that is affectionately known as "Marks chair" where I always sit.

Just curious on anyone else's stories :D

I once went to a club and there were more guys interested in watching the football on the large screen then were interested in playing.

Guess that's what you get when you visit a Manchester club when the Reds are playing.

I've taken knitting, before, just in case it's quiet.

I sometimes think whipping out a pair of socks I'm halfway through is a great way to hint that I'm not interested.....

Xx

I always go to clubs for sex, and always have plenty, but I have never got my head around the need to have pool tables in swingers clubs, and I'm even more confused by groups of guys hanging around the table when there is plenty of free sex on offer.

I always go for sex, couldn't win a game of pool if me life depended on it....rarely play with anyone other than my partner.... Just because I go for sex, doesn't mean I'll get it.... There rarely is anyone I want to play with...

Hello one and all, sorry for such a late reply. New job and all that Jazz.

I've loved some of the replies, thank you for sharing.

Must confess, been to various clubs on and off for a few years, and I've never played in one. So the welcome sight of a pool table is always a good thing.

Loving the knitting, I do get mesmerized when I watch someone do it. Just therapeutic I believe :D
