So if you were granted a wish to see any punishment you desire inflicted upon a person or a couple who wastes your entire night by not showing up or making you drive for 10's or 100's of miles to meet them and then they stop responding to messages.. What punishment would you command? |

If I could have a wish I'd hope I'd use it more wisely. If it was the only "wish" option, I wouldn't bother and leave it be. Life's too short for that kind of angst. Best answer is I'd pass the wish to you |

Well, it's a small six degrees of separation world on fab so I reckon eventually I'd meet someone they knew so word of my fantasticness would get back to them so they could kick themselves without me having to raise a pretty little finger. |

You do realise this is a hypothetical scenario? Could you "revert to behaving like an adult" here and have an adult sense of humor as opposed to a teen who still needs to prove their maturity by being stoic and stuck-up? Do you always look for ways to boost your sense of self worth by usurping opportunities to demonstrate your superior "adulthood"? Because that's not very adult.
This has happened to people and they're not stupid for traveling to meet folk whom they've connected with on some level. And you're here for the off chance of a fuck too. We all are. Most adults are past the whole "I need to shame other's sex drive (usually males) to make myself appear more sensible and less sex driven than the rest". You fuck too and you invest a lot into it. You're just as horny as the rest. Knock it off. |

you really don't like it when anyone disagrees with you do you? At no point have i shamed male sex drive...no idea what that even means..but as other people on here also replied, it's a bit daft to waste time and energy on being stood up...thats all. It's not important. |

I used to put so much faith in the verifications that I never thought I'd see myself say this. But on another site, there's an option for two users to agree to a meet via a page on the site. Both has the option to cancel without consequence up to so many hours before. If one lets the other down after that, the disappointed party can file a complaint. Enough complaints against one user, and they get the boot.
It'd be nice to see these show up as black marks on someone's profile. Perhaps like a negative verification. Something they can't delete from their profile, though maybe give them the option to add their side of the story. Maybe even something that goes away after a period of time or so many positive verifications.
Of course these people are free to delete their profiles and come back again. So this really doesn't hurt your typical unverified time waster.
As for what I'd like to do, given 3 wishes by a genie or whatever? The problem with these people is that they're up for it when they're horny but not willing to go through with it when they're not. So I would curse them with an irreversible and permanent loss of sex drive. |

Brilliant! I'll extend it to every life situation be it on other sites or in life offline. And everytime they are ready for a meet to show up whether it's for business or pleasure or even if expecting a package in the mail they'll receive a message saying "we are legion, we never forgive, we never forget" until it drives them crazy and they arrange to meet with me to apologise and beg for the hex to be lifted. |

As with naming and shaming, the problem is that it will be abused. What proof is there that they ever intended to meet? How do you know the person receiving the black mark actually did anything wrong? |

Why stop there? Every password they have would be changed to "timewaster" and they can't change it back.
Everything they try to use from cash machines to self service checkouts would flash up an error "timewaster".
When they go to a drive through a sinister voice will hiss through the intercom "timewaster".
At the train station every destination is showing as "timewaster" and all the trains are cancelled.

First time I Mr k I travelled over 200 miles but coach to do it was shitting myself the whole way incase he wasn't going be there but of course he was...traveling for a meet is stupid...but if you do and they ain't there then oh well you win some u lose some its a risk you take...but would still hope there knob dropped off |

All meets aren't the same, it's the specific people you meet that generate different types of experiences for you that make meeting others worthwhile... If someone really gets you going, then the distance means nothing... As long as hopefully they're there at the end of the journey to give satisfying satiating orgasmic closure to period of pre-sexual fantasy lol

Life's to short to waste energies on stuff like this sorry and you only end up hurting yourself. Just chalk it down to experience and move on. Block as well if you feel aggrieved enough. I was accused of being a timewaster when my mum was suddenly taken into hospital and the guy had went offline so I couldn't contact him after he had left. Rather unfortunate but the torrent of abuse I received was way out of proportion to the action. I did explain but he was on a mission obviously! I had to block him in the end |

Say for example Brad Pitt joined the site and we were talking for awhile (30mins should do it my end lol).. I'd get a plane ticket asap to wherever the heck he was!!... and then if he bailed when I arrived?!... I too would hope his willy had some erectile issues for at least the length of time it would take for me to get over the disappointment of us not having glorious sex together  . |

We suggested social in hotel bar and, if went well, we'd go to his room. Day of the meet, he cancels via text and says work trip been cancelled. Later that day, posts for a meet in the town we're in. Next morning, he posts status "still buzzing - AMAZING sex last night!". No verification to back it up. Mailed him, said thanks for not meeting us lol, no reply.
2 years later, same guy mails for a meet, we've clearly had numerous meets since. He's oblivious to who we are but says he is "perfect for us" etc. Very politely, I said no, you didn't turn up before. He replies , that wasn't me, I'm genuine etc. We still had messages from the no-show so I offered to screenshot them for him.I then said anyway you can meet the girl from 2 years ago. "what girl" says he , "I've NEVER met anyone in Shrewsbury ever!" Have to presume the status from 2 years ago must have been about an astounding wank, then! |
