We have tried and would love to take part in a large (6-10) guy gangbang and the most that have ever turned up is 3 after inviting tonnes of people! The drop out rate is so high, all we end up having is mfm, two guys or if we're especially lucky 3 turn up!
Surely there's an established group of gents that would turn up with the guarantee of a gangfuck?!

We prefer to host at our home, weve been to clubs on fridays before but it's a little intimidating sometimes. the gloryhole rooms are great but there's usually only a few guys we'd want to gangbang  at least with fab we know exactly what they look like, it's just a shame they dont turn up!! |

always hard arranging one, i tried before many times. everyone free different times is the issue, most have wifes or gf so usually back out.
last one i set one up before messaged about 50+, only 5 turned up, the other load said they would come but never replied on the eve.
i found that it is best to set up one in a big city, much more chance of having more last minute people turn up.
there did used to be a group on here who specialised in gangbangs down south but cant find there group any more. |

The clubs are a great place to go - we go, socialise, speak the guys we'd like to join us and head to a private room if they want to join us.
We've found a lockable but viewable room helps as it can draw a crowd, a quick peek out to see who is watching means that there's a chance there's someone of interest out there who can then be invited in.
We prefer to go to a club for this and see who's there, as trying to arrange a gangbang is too much hassle. We tend to put a meet up on the site to encourage interest.
6 guys at once is our most so far, with 8 in total over the course of the night.
Tbf it could be a lot more at a club if you wanted it, but we are selective about who we invite in - hence the lockable rooms.
We are reluctant to allow anyone else to arrange one for us as you don't know who's been invited - you're relying on a stranger to pick guys for you. I've arranged a few, when you actually post a GB meet you get swamped by wannabes so ask for double what you want and you might get them !! Never hosted at a club but I does seem an easier option. As someone said earlier on here there are too many guys here to talk the talk but fail to walk. Good luck though  |

I used to be friendly with a guy who would arrange them in London and he would invite 4 people to every one that turned up.
I attended some great events and also arranged 2 myself. To be honest, it was a lot of hassle. Your phone is non stop. People don't show up, show up late, cancel last minute. People aren't the people in the photos
I'd recommend getting phone numbers, speaking to people on the phone to out the time wasters and using something like whatsapp to co-ordinate and get commitment.
When we organised events in a hotel and apartment and shared the costs, getting a contributions were difficult from some who agreed to contribute.
It's always good to have a co-ordinator, someone to manage the phone, who comes in and out and to make sure everyone plays by the rules e.g. Not taking off a condom when it's safe play only (yes someone tried it twice). It limits the fun for that person but ensures everything runs smoothly

One of my early swinging experiences was to organise a gangbang for a couple (back in circa 2001). Christ it was a pain. We arrange them regularly. Last one we had was for two girls. We put a specific ad on here and had about 300 replies. We wanted ten guys so on the tried and tested formula that only a quarter of invitees turn up we invited forty. . In fact twelve turned up and a great time was had by all.

I'm probably going to get throttled for this - but from what I've seen the guys into gangbangs aren't generally the 'hotties ' that you (and I, if I'm honest!) seek in your profile. Hot guys have no issues getting one-on-ones/mmf's with hot couples etc - so unless it's their 'thing' - why would they share your attention with loads of other guys?

I think I get what you mean but I would say it's more of a preference thing. I like to get a lady in her element, really enjoying herself, and if that means she wants lots of different men that who am I say otherwise. On fab there are lots of single  people who aren't experienced in groups. There are others just wanting to talk about it, plus wank. Those 2 categories result in a huge volume of letdowns. In addition to people who have other things cropping up, like deaths of next door's pet tadpole etc.
I recommend road testing guys and building a group of guys with proven reliability - it's a bit slower. And using clubs, as others point out. My experience at clubs is that clientele vary widely by club and the night that you visit.
Whilst homes provide security and comforts, hotels offer the potential to site parties closer to more people who'd attend that town etc. People you've met before could be better relied upon to contribute say £10 towards your costs. Pre-arranged budget hotels don't need to cost you too much, when shared. Eg, it might only cost you £10, by the time others have chipped in.
Post regular meets so that you can have at least a social with guys to check their suitability.

Used to attend some over in South Woodford (may have met a few of you there) that were always pretty well attended, 15 enthusiastic guys and two very willing girls last time. Did always seem to be a lot effort on the part of the guy (Jim?) to organise though. Didn't envy him the task if I'm honest.

I'm not always right of course, but I reckon about 90% of the time from a quick two minute conversation just confirming attendance and the details and stuff I can tell if they're going to flake out or not. Which normally helps us to get close to the number actually attending that we're looking for... |

We have organised quite a few now and it is a lot of work. Generally I (the female) do the vetting and chatting and then male meets the gents in person before bringing to apartment. We usually have to invite about 20+ to get about 8. But we have a nice core group now that meet regularly with a couple of newbies each time. But you have to be prepared to put in a lot of work in first.. We would invite but we are in Dublin and too young for our group. |

This is incredibly difficult.
After what I estimate to be around 200+ messages exchanged over the period of a week and speaking to 40+ guys we thought we had lined up 15-20 for last night.
Lots started to drop out during the day due to work & child commitments etc. Some of the guys were decent enough to contact us to cancel.
Kahleesi made a huge effort, spending most of the morning at a beauty salon, full waxing, hair done etc etc and she was really looking forward to it.
In the end only 2 guys turned up. 1st guy was great and he stuck around for a chat and a few laughs. 2nd guy was a nice enough and respectable fella but was not really interested in fucking. In the end out of potentially 20 or so guys she just had the one 
We are thinking of trying a greedy girls night somewhere. Not sure we want to go through the 20+ hours of messaging & trying to plan something like this again. |

I spent all day on here yesterday trying to get a meet (without success). Really wished I'd known about your gangbang yesterday I would've loved to have come along. Having arranged a gangbang for Mrs S for last night, I can confirm that you do need to get 4 times the men to agree to attend. 12 confirmed over the period of time that I arranged it and 3 turned up to gb Mrs Sexploit with me. Having said that, 4 was a great number as most of us were involved most of the time!
Many man contacted on the day of the meet and many of these proved to be timewasters. A few men that had been talking to Mrs Sexploit on Fab for a long time again proved unreliable. Needless to say our block list has grown.

I'm probably going to get throttled for this - but from what I've seen the guys into gangbangs aren't generally the 'hotties ' that you (and I, if I'm honest!) seek in your profile.
