I don't think you asking us will make her any more likely to share.
You could jointly use one of the apps that allow you to both answer questions and only show the answers that you both respond to positively or as a maybe. Search for phrases like "mojo".
Or ask her to write it all down.

My wife can be reluctant to share, its a personalality thing I guess.
Try pampering her one night by making dinner, opening a bottle of wine and gently explain in a non pushy way you really want to know what her fantasies are even if they are vanilla in nature and only involve the two of you.
Gently encourage her to be more daring and see where it goes.
Laugh a little, smile alot and be supportive even if theres something come up that doesn't imediatly appeal.
