Most probably.

I'm not sure I would feel comfortable with this dynamic. I often get asked to help 'put on a show' by couples because it's the fellas birthday or something, which I always turn down. When I meet couples I like to play with both, I enjoy men and women equally.

This is what I meant when I asked about the reason behind the preference. For the record I don't think this dynamic is selfish or unreasonable (I have had a kinky threesome where I didn't touch the guy, it is not beyond the realm of imagination!). But I do think it is often indicative of trust issues, potential jealousy etc. The real question OP is, can you have restricted play without creating tension? I suspect women look for what they want on Fab. If they want sex with a man they'll browse single male profiles. If they want sex with a couple they'll browse couples profiles. And I wouldn't be surprised if, when seeking sex with other women, they browse single female profiles.

Yes it is unrealistic and selfish.
