Hi we were wondering is there a social that goes on in Kent at all. We see things like the Sussex social advertised but nothing for Kent unless we miss it.
If there is anyone kindly tell us the details. If there isn't would anyone be willing to help arrange give pointers to us about how to go about starting one up.
Like how, best places to hold it, what to expect, ideas about hosting.

not from your area, but if you're thinking of hosting i'd make a topic on here seeing how many are interested in actually coming.
then choose a venue based on only 1/4 of those people will actually turn up. so say 100 people say they will come then choose a venue that'll hold 25 people.
i think hosting is fairly easy, even if you're not that social. as everyone will chat to each other anyway and the ladies you invite and do turn up will likely be bubbly and be great to have there.
expect no hassle really and rather that the people who will turn up will actually be interested in socialising.
places to hold them can be anywhere, most pubs will be happy of the business on a week night or day, just check a few local ones out and ask if they reserve tables for groups of people. |
