I think (although i may be wrong) a few years ago the sex law was changed for what you could and couldnt have on sites like this. Fisting was one of them and anything that portrayed violence as well. In fact its actually illegal to pass them on to people via email ect. So i dont think its admin that dont like them i think its admin who are keeping within the law.

It is a grey area...but fisting is definitatly not included.There have been test cases brought and case law ruled that what happens in the bedroom stays in the bedroom. |

In terms of physical act, believe it is ok, but not aware of test cases over photographs online hosted on UK sites, or posted by UK persons.
The law states something along lines, of 'an act that may result in injury to one or more parties', which potentially could amount to almost anything, e.g. a picture of a large cock entering a tight arse, let alone a fist. Meant to stop posting of mutilation type pictures for sexual gratification.
The obscenity charge is a dodgy one, as what offends one person is another persons every day. |

There was a test case a few years back involving shitting type videos . and the defendant was let off because the law defines obscene as material that would likely result in the depraving of the individual . the defendants lawyer was clever enough to argue that as shitting is a normal bodily finction , how can this possibly deprave the individual viewing such material ? case dismissed . |

I thought it was something like that, i was admin on a site when it came into force and fisting was definetly included at the time as we had to take all the photos off. Maybe the photo test cases have been with in the last couple of years as i dont know anything about them. |

Check out the melonfarmers dot co dot uk website for upto date info on this. We live in a country that presides over a rather strange interpretation of "moral values". The Extreme Pornography Legislation is...er.....somewhat open ended. For example, a picture of a 45yr old lady dressed in a school girl uniform can be taken to represent sexual gratification from viewing images of minors! Currently there is a case in London with a guy defending his right to possess images of consensual anal fisting. Regardless of each and everyone's "tastes", surely the keyword is "consensual".
There are people in our society who wish to impose their views on us, to restrict the freedoms of the people under the guise of decency, and to allow only access to material that is "good for us" and to restrict that which they deem to be obscene. One poor guy has recently been prosecuted for selling DVD's depicting orgy scenes...now deemed to be obscene.

Strictly adults 18+ only. You and anyone in the photos must be aged 18+ and MUST have been 18+ at the time the photos were taken.
The photos must be yours and you must be in the photos. You must be in any photo you upload. This means that photos of your bike/car/dildo collection for example, will be rejected unless you are in the photo too.

No public scenes. Photos taken in public places with other people in the background will be rejected. If you have photos like this you want on the site, crop them in a graphics program or blank everyone in the background. |
