Personally I think, as long as they didn't put anyone in harm why not?
Loads of people are guilty for doing at work and for all we know it could have been the end/after their shift |

Fire & rescue service is probably the hardest public service job to get into as they very rarely recruit.
Sack him and there will be 400 others willing to take his spot, who won't be half as stupid to misuse the equipment in such way. |
